Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Please note that it takes 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) before your package is shipped.

• A confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number when you item is shipped.
• With Standard Shipping, some small items may be shipped via USPS and will therefore not have a tracking number.
• Standard Shipping is free for orders of $69 or more in the contiguous US only.
• APO Shipping: When placing an order with OooohBaby! for those serving overseas at an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) we ask that you know a few things before you place your order. Specifically the Service Member's Full Name, the Military Unit, and APO/FPO address with full zip code.

RETURNS
We care that you are happy with your purchase, please make your selections carefully. However, due to health and sanitary concerns we cannot accept returns of sexually oriented items. Unauthorized returns must be thrown away and credit or exchange cannot be issued.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact us within 30 days, if you receive a defective item. We will determine as to whether a return is necessary. The item will be replaced with a duplicate item.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If you miss your delivery and the order is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you. You will be billed for the original and reshipping charges. Orders that have been shipped and are refused or returned will be charged shipping fees and the 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued less the shipping charges and 10% fee.

BACK ORDERS
You will be contacted if any of the items on your order are not available. Items that are in stock will be shipped immediately. When the back order or replacement item(s) are shipped we will pay the shipping charges on the second order.

You will only be charged for the product when it is shipped plus applicable shipping charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are processed within 24 hours, many times the same day. Orders cancelled immediately will incur no charges. After 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 10%. Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped will be charged shipping charges and 10% cancellation fee.
Credit issued for the return will be less the shipping charges and cancellation fee.
